Shipping policy

Dear Customers: There is no fast and easy template for estimating universal shipping costs on these items, where not only weight and distance but also additional costs associated with larger packages (often needed for protection of very fragile pieces) and insurance are also factors. Therefore, unless otherwise stated, all prices include shipping costs for domestic shipping, usually with USPS Priority mail (to reduce excessive handling) or FedEx Ground. When international customers make purchases, the cost will have to be re-estimated and adjusted by me manually, and the difference must be paid. If you then decide that the shipping is more than you want to pay, you will have the option for a full refund.

That being said, you can rest assured of the following:

1. If you make purchase multiple items at one time, and I find that you have paid more than I actually need to cover my costs, I will send you a refund or offer you a coupon for future use, whichever you prefer. Properly packaging these items is time consuming and the materials used are often expensive. I don't charge you for either my time or my materials costs.  

2. In the rare event that something arrives damaged or broken, please save and photograph your item and your packaging, and email or text photos  to me so that I can work on your behalf with USPS or FedEx claims to compensate you in a timely manner.
